What is Quran Words 300?
Quran Words 300 is a free educational app designed to help users learn 300 common Qur'anic Arabic words through short lessons and review.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free. There are no ads, no paywall and no in-app purchases.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app is designed to work offline. Lessons, reviews and progress are stored locally on your phone.
Does the app collect my data?
No. The app does not require an account, does not use analytics and does not collect personal data.
How do I install the Android APK?
- Tap Download Android APK.
- Open the downloaded file.
- Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or file manager.
- Tap Settings.
- Enable Allow from this source.
- Return to the APK and tap Install.
- After installation, you can disable Allow from this source again.
Why does Android show a warning?
Android shows a warning because the app is being installed outside Google Play during this private testing stage. Only install the APK if you downloaded it from the official Quran Words 300 page.
Is the APK safe?
The APK should only be downloaded from the official Quran Words 300 page. The app is designed to work offline, without ads, tracking or analytics. Technical users can also compare the SHA-256 checksum.
Should the SHA-256 checksum be public?
Yes. The SHA-256 checksum is not secret. It is a file fingerprint that helps users check whether the APK has changed. It does not reveal source code, passwords or signing keys.
Can I install this on iPhone?
Not at this stage. APK files are only for Android. iOS does not use APK files.
When will iOS testing be available?
iOS testing will be considered after the Android version has been user tested and improved. iPhone testing will likely use Apple TestFlight.
Is this app a tafsir or Qur'an translation?
No. It is a vocabulary learning aid. Meanings are simplified learning glosses and may vary depending on grammar and context.
How do I give feedback?
